Jeff Davis Hospital now provides comprehensive Mental Health Services through both an Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit and our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) the "Harmony Center."
Both our Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit and Outpatient Program's emphasize the importance of instilling hope and recognize the unique needs of adults with mental health issues that may be associated with aging.
We Provide Comfort and Care for individuals with the following:
●Depression and Bipolar Disorders
●Neurocognitive Disorders
●Eating Disorders
●Addictive and Co-occuring Psychiatric Disorder
●Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
●Schizophrenia and Related Conditions
●Psychotic Disorders
●Women's Mental Health Issues, such as premenstrual
dysphoric disorder and postpartum depression
●Unresolved Grief
●Isolation or Loneliness
●Sleep or Appetite Changes
●Low Self-Esteem
●Personality Changes
●Excessive or inappropriate guilt

Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit

Our new dedicated inpatient behavioral health unit is located on its own discreet wing of the hospital and offers ten private rooms that are tailored to suit a patient's individual needs, comfort, privacy, and confidentiality.
We have an experienced care team that is comprised of a Medical Director, Psychiatrists, Internal Medicine Physicians, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, and Nurses, all of who care deeply about their work and their patients.

Referrals

A referrer, a family member, or the patient themselves may call about being admitted for inpatient treatment. Inpatient care at Jeff Davis Behavioral Health Unit accepts most major insurances.

Intensive Outpatient Program: "Harmony Center"

Sometimes a helping hand is all you need to get your life back on track. The proper guidance and regular attention of experienced professionals can lead to improved lifestyle as well as better overall health.
Harmony Center treatment fosters true healing. Our goal is to help patients safely return to their optimal style of living.
Services offered at the Harmony Center:
●Confidential treatment
●Group, individual, and family therapy
●Medication management for behavioral health diagnosis
●A noon meal during the day
●Coordinating the patient's care with the individual's primary care physician
●6-12 week outpatient program (2-4 days per week)
●Transportation is available
